Yes, this list is much shorter this year than previous years. The reason is simple, I just didn’t have the free time to enter images in the various awards shows.  It takes a lot of time and effort. Usually it’s worth it because you get to attend fancy dinner parties and socialize with other creatives. Also there is often a good chance that you end up receiving new projects based on the images that won awards. But again 2012 did not allow me the time to enter as many shows as usual. I am, none the less, very thankful for the recognition that was received.  And just as thankful that I got to spend a lot of time this past year with my kids.

Although traveling around and shooting great jobs is a lot of fun, giving hugs to my sons when I walk in the door at home is even more satisfying.
