iPhone Fun

I have gotten into heated discussions with fellow professional photographers about the quality of images produced by the iPhone camera. Many disagree with my belief that the iPhone is quite possibly the best point-and-shoot camera ever invented.
What many fail to appreciate is the fundamental difference between how an iPhone captures and processes an image and how a traditional camera works. The iPhone combines sophisticated optics with advanced computational photography, producing results that would have been difficult to imagine just a few years ago.
I have exhibited multiple photography shows featuring images captured exclusively with an iPhone. When photographed thoughtfully and edited properly, these images can be enlarged to produced beautiful, gallery-quality prints worthy of hanging on any wall.
From spontaneous family portraits and breathtaking landscapes to architectural studies and fine-art photography, the iPhone has become the camera I reach for more often than any other.
I’ve become such a strong advocate for iPhone photography that I now teach others how to unlock the extraordinary photographic potential of the camera they already carry in their pockets.
