I gotta tell you, this woman was amazing. Watching her makes me want to do yoga everyday. Just incredible what she can do. One of the main reasons I love to shoot dancers is because I am always so impressed with the amount of control they have over their physical form. It’s a pleasure to shoot yoga for the same reason. They can achieve something with their bodies that I can not. And it truly is a good workout for the body because, when done correctly, it stretches out the muscles to the extremes.
